To enact a system of voter protection Laws that assures voter list examination to purge unqualified and assure qualification and identification of voter at time of casting a vote and protection of ballots to assure legal processing leading to true representation of the will of the voters

WHY DO YOU CHOOSE YES?

A yes vote supports concept of each vote is properly counted in formation of final data on issues and that fraud is eliminated in casting, receipt, transport and count processing of each ballot.

WHY DO YOU CHOOSE NO?

A no vote relaxes controls over voting process to the extent that in gerrymandering, lax voter I.D., vote harvesting, broad issuance of absentee votes and unmonitored processing centers, opportunity occurs to reduce the value of the individual vote
