Adoption of Consumption Tax applied to Federal Income Tax

A yes vote would create a new system of funding for Federal revenue covering a new means by which funds necessary to meet Federal Budget would be derived from a consumption tax on all new goods and services at State sales tax level paid by all consumers not just those deriving income from labor, investment or other sources.

A no vote would maintain status quo with adjustment made to tax brackets to arrive at levels of taxation to meet income goals.
