A yes vote would in effect eliminate the health insurance industry and provide a single payor system that spells out the insurance cost without competition, the availability of related health goods and/or services, the time of delivery of goods and services, and establish governmental standards by which goods and services would be provided
A no vote would maintain the current option of health care allowing individual selection of that health insurer best meeting their individual needs.
